We map the facts, evidence, parties involved, deadlines and desired outcome. You receive an honest assessment of routes such as negotiation, formal liability, defence, settlement or litigation.

Before work starts we confirm which steps are needed, which rate or arrangement applies and when we will reassess. Each procedural step is discussed in terms of cost, risk and expected effect.

If your matter and personal situation may qualify, we assess whether subsidised legal aid is suitable. If not, we discuss a clear paid instruction before starting.
